[Pilouette takes a deep breath, feeling a combination of both excitment and nervousness. While she's become used to talking to people over the journals before, she's never...announced anything before, much less something she had a hand in organizing. But she's sure that a party would make people happy, especially as it's New Feather season. So, she does her best to calm her nerves and turns to the journals with a smile.]

Um! Hi, everyone! Pilouette here. W-Welcome to all the New Feathers! I hope you're all, like, settling in and stuff? Well, anyway, since there hasn't been one in a while, some of us thought it would be really nice to have a New Feather Party! You know, since it's New Feather season and all. I was thinking that maybe we should have it at the Rec Center, on the 24th maybe? That's, um, next week!

And they're a really good way for New Feathers to meet people here in the village so, um, I hope a lot of you decide to come. There's gonna be like, lots of food n' stuff and I bet it's gonna be like, so totally fun! If anyone else is interested in helping out or if you have any ideas or anything, like, just let me know! After all nothing is really like...set in stone or anything yet. Anyway, hope to see you there!

[After that, Pilouette will be going about her business in the village trying to prep things for the New Feather Party, talking to people trying to figure out what all they need.]

That's a good point...I'll have to find someone who can use that kind of magic, though. Or maybe we could have part of the party outside...! Like, a special evening portion of the party! ...But it's not that special if the only difference is that it's outside, huh...?

Party planning is a lot harder than I thought...

A water balloon fight...? Maybe...It might be a bit much for New Feathers, though.

[She knows she wouldn't find it very welcoming to be pelted with water balloons, but...]

Maybe if there's another party later...! I mean, if it goes like normal the next bunch of New Feathers will come around in the middle of summer!

And no kidding it would be easier! I've never done any real party planning before...

'Course we would tell them about it first. Not like we'd run up to them and start chucking them in the face with water balloons.

Guess we'll need to wait and see, huh? Half of me sort of wants to see who else might come, but...than again it's a little upsetting to know more people are getting dragged here. [But, off that sad note!]

[Pilouette nods. Knowing more people will end up in Luceti isn't exactly a great thought. She had never thought about it before, but throwing a party feels a little strange. "You were dragged here against your will! WELCOME!" But perhaps it's better not to think about it.]

Yeah...I'm not sure party planned experience is worth much here, though, you know?

Well, why not? I train to get better but it's still worth something, isn't it?

Well, yeah, but you train to do like, important stuff. I'm not sure that learning to plan parties is something people think is like, totally essential or whatever.

Hey, parties are just as important as combat training. Think about it? If a little kid here who didn't have their parents had their birthday coming up, someone nice and willing to plan their party would be a good thing to have.

So, it can be totally essential.

I dunno if birthday parties are essential, though. I mean, I bet a lot of kids would be just fine without having one.
