[Kidnapped and experimented on, she assumes. She was gone for a while, so she can't guarantee that they didn't do some experimenting before John managed to bring her back to life (however he does that), but...]

No. Or, well, I don't remember anything between the draft and waking up in the forest, so...I don't think so.

No. My memory is still a little jumbled up, but I don't think I forgot anything else. ...I do feel a little off, though, but I can't really figure out why.

[ That's selfish? Who knows. He still feels like an ass about the whole Precis fiasco, and now he has it thrown in his face with her friend ]

[Now she feels a little guilty for even considering hiding it from him...whatever "it" turns out to be. She knows he worries about her and that he's just trying to help.]

[ That was definitely too harsh. But now he can't manage it into a backpedal. ]

[Pilouette can't help but flinch a little bit. She almost feels like a kid being scolded by an older brother or something. She knows it's just because he's worried, but...well, she's got some mixed feelings. Her voice is soft when she speaks.]

...I think I just need some time to like, get my head together.

Yeah we...ll.... 'course you would. That's fine. [ He feels a little bad now, because that was scolding her. And that was also probably unfair. But he didn't want confusion again! But ugh, how can be be nice to her later? ]
