004 [video/action] [Forward dated to Friday Morning]
[When the video feed switches on, there's a bit of a bounce, as if the journal has just opened upon been dropped. When it finally stops, one can see a crooked view of a set of stairs. Seconds later, there's a sharp yelp and the camera catches a brief glimpse of a certain blonde teenager tumbling past, down the stairs, followed by the loud thud of her smacking into a wall. But fear not, this is no act of violence. Just a clumsy teen being clumsy.]
Ow...ow ow owwww...!
[For a minute or so, one can hear a few whines and quiet hisses of pain.]
Mmmrrrgghh... S...Stupid wings...! Ow... Okay. Just need to...get up. Ooogh, first my hair and now this...!
[Apparently, Pilouette has forgotten she even dropped the journal because after a few seconds, it gets some good footage of her feet shakily shuffling forward, right before she trips over it and, letting out a loud shriek, gets a nice faceful of STAIRS just as the feed cuts out.]
[Action]
[Later, after putting on a different set of clothes, Pils heads out to the grocery because there's one thing that always makes her feel better on a crappy day: BAKING~! At least the bad weather from the past week has cleared up. There's a chance one may run into her at the grocery or on the way back. Either way, with the way her luck is going, she's pretty paranoid and just trying not to make things worse for herself, so she'll be stepping carefully.]
[Later in the afternoon, Pilouette can be found sitting outside, behind the school, stuffing herself with sweets and generally beingA DEGENERATE PUNK a mopey little sourpuss.]
((ooc: Feel free to indirectly/accidentally cause bad things to happen! It's like a big festival of bad luck!))

Hey! Pilouette, right?
[Precis might also be identifiable by the little round robot following her around.]
What's up?
no subject
Y-Yeah, that's me. It's Precis, right?
I just thought I'd try to get some quiet back here, you know? It's been some kinda day today.
no subject
Ohhh, yeah, totally. I live in a house with two guys, so I sneak out all the time. What's got you so down?
no subject
It's, um, just been kind of a bad day, I guess. Like, nothing super huge, but just one thing after another. That kinda thing.
no subject
Man, I hate days like that...what happened? Did something break?
no subject
[She looks down at the small paper sack full of cookies she's been downing for the last half hour and holds it out toward Precis.]
Want some?
no subject
[Precis kicks her feet as she looks into the sack.]
Did you make these? I mean, yeah, of course. They look really good.
no subject
[She glances back down the bag of cookies.]
I wish I made them! I gave it a try, but...yeah, the cookies I made didn't really turn out as well as I hoped they would.
no subject
[Going to take one and eat it, then!]
What went wrong with them?
no subject
I guess I was just so caught up in all the stuff that happened today and they were totally burned to a crisp! Blegh, they were like coal...!
no subject
Oh, where did you bake them at? Maybe it was your oven. I could always adjust it a little if something's wrong with it.

I live in building 4, on the second floor.
no subject
[And probably end up making it more powerful somehow. Ovens are kinda boring.]
no subject
And if there's anything I can help you with, just let me know! Like, seriously, I totally appreciate this!
no subject
I'm pretty busy with my secret project right now, though. Maybe we could just hang out instead?
no subject
...And I know you said it was secret, but...what kind of secret project is it? You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, though.
[But the word "secret" always seems to spark curiosity, doesn't it?]
no subject
I've told a few people, but it'll be cooler if I keep it a secret, right? I'll tell you soon, I promise.
no subject
[Pilouette grins and lets out a friendly giggle.]
And I get what you mean! Telling too many people about a secret takes all the mystery out of it!
no subject
[She laughs, too. This is fun.]
I'll probably throw a party or something to celebrate, so there's definitely plenty to do.
